Everything you need to know before your first class!

  • What should I bring to class?

    Just bring yourself and some water. We’ll take care of the rest — equipment, mats, towels, and a filtered water station are all provided. Beverages are available for purchase if you need one.

  • How hot are your classes?

    Most classes are set to 95°F, while RESTORE is a lower-heat class set to 80°F

  • How early should I arrive?

    We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class, especially if it’s your first time. Doors close at the start of class to preserve the experience.

  • Do you have showers?

    Yes, we have showers available for your convenience. They’re stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner—perfect for getting ready after class, whether you’re heading to work, school pickup, or wherever your day takes you.

  • Do I need experience, and where should I start?

    All classes are open to every experience level, and modifications are always offered throughout class.


    If you’re new, we recommend starting with FORM or FLOW to get comfortable with the pace and ease into the experience.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We have a 3-hour cancellation window prior to class.


    For drop-ins, class packs, 4x and 8x memberships, late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.


    For unlimited memberships, a $10 late cancellation fee and a $15 no-show fee will be applied.
