All classes are practiced in infrared heat at 95°F+ with the exception of Restore, our lower-heat restorative class.

VIVO: INFERNO

A high-intensity, low-impact class rooted in Pilates principles and designed to challenge strength, stamina, and control. Expect powerful sequencing and intentional movement that pushes both body and mind to focus deeper.


Using resistance bands, light weights, and bodyweight work, Inferno delivers a full-body burn without unnecessary impact on the joints.


Best for: cardiovascular endurance, core intensity, and pushing past mental limits.


VIVO: STRENGTH

A full-body strength training class focused on control, stability, and progressive overload. Built to improve muscular strength and resilience, this format combines intentional lifting with athletic conditioning in a heated environment.


Expect grounded movement, powerful sequencing, and an emphasis on form over ego.


Best for: building full-body strength, stability, and long-term resilience.


VIVO: SCULPT

A low-impact sculpt class designed to create deep muscular fatigue through high-repetition movement, controlled tempo, and intentional resistance work.

VIVO: FLOW

A vinyasa experience that links breath with movement through intentional, fluid sequencing. Flow is designed to build strength, mobility, balance, and presence while encouraging students to move with greater awareness.


Expect a dynamic practice rooted in both challenge and mindfulness.


Best for: mobility, balance, flexibility, and reconnecting breath to movement.


VIVO: RESTORE

A slower-paced, lower-heat experience focused on recovery, release, and nervous system reset. Through supported postures, gentle movement, and longer holds, Restore creates space for the body to soften and recover.


Designed to help you slow down without disconnecting from movement.


Best for: recovery, nervous system regulation, and intentional rest.


VIVO: FORM

A mat Pilates class centered on alignment, precision, breath, and control. Form strips movement back to its foundation, emphasizing deep core engagement, stability, posture, and intentional execution.
